Neighbouring with woodlands, the spa centre Hotel Agricola is located at the edge of the spa territory, in a quiet part of the town. Guests are offered to use services of a restaurant, a snack bar, a wine bar, tennis court, a mini golf court, hotel parking places and an exchance office. In addition, the spa centre Hotel Agricola offers an out-patient rehabilitation treatment of locomotor system disorders. The rehabilitation procedures are given by medical personnel, supervised by a medical specialist. Throughout the year, location of the Agricola provides for use of the surrounding nature scenery for walks, visit to the centre of Mariánské Lázně, or its Colonnade, with a gustation of heeling springs.

The Belvedere spa building is wonderfully located next to the southern park. Its annexes, Royal and Lužnice, are in neighbouring buildings. The Belvedere was built in the classical style of early romanticism. Accommodation is standard, but include public rooms for socialising or for watching TV. A choice of several meals is served in the dining rooms with a marvellous view of the park. All meals are prepared to meet strict dietary requirements. They are delicious and appeal to the eye, which is typical for this cuisine. Meals can be also prepared according to the guest´s individual wish. In the Belvedere there are doctors offices and some specialised medical rooms (massages, gas injections, electrotherapy and rehabilitation exercises) where all guests are given the best care. Other procedures are performed in Spas I, II and III.
